Veggie Burger |
This flavor packed veggie burger is quite fantastic, its healthy, tasty and frankly I wouldn’t mind having this once in a while instead of the beef burger. There are so many recipes on the internet but I have designed this burger with flavors that I like, hope you like this recipe, enjoy!

INGREDIENTS | PROCEDURE |
100-g Sweet potato, boiled 100-g Potato, boiled 1 Onion, medium, minced 1 Carrot, medium, shredded 2-cups Spinach, blanched 100-g Cottage cheese, crumbled 50-g Feta cheese, crumbled 4-tbsp. Parsley, fresh, chopped 2-tbsp. Basil, fresh, chopped 2 Green chillies, minced 1-tbsp. Tomato paste 1-cup Bread crumb, fresh 1-tbsp. Cumin powder 1/2-tsp. Chilli powder Pinch of Nutmeg powder Cooking oil 4 Burger buns 4 Onion slices 4 tomato slices Lettuce leaves, trimmed Veggie soy mayo | 1. In a large bowl add the two boiled potatoes and mash to mix well, add the onion, carrot, spinach, cheese, herbs, and all other ingredients, mix well. 2. The mix should be moist but not too wet, if so add more bread crumb to the mix. 3. Divide into four portions, use a 4-inch cookie cutter to make perfect round patty’s, add oil to a pan, cook each patty on both side until brown for about 3-mins per side on a medium heat. 4. Assemble the burger and serve immediately with French fries. |
